Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Personalized and custom items require 5–10 business days to create before shipping.
During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimated once your order has been processed and shipped.
Charmed Vida is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other carrier-related issues.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalization is available on select products for an additional fee.
Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and customization details before placing your order.
Personalized and custom-made items cannot be changed once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Personalized items
Custom orders
Live sale purchases
Sale or clearance items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@charmedvida.com (or your preferred customer service email) and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started on a personalized or custom item.

Product Care

Our bag charms are crafted using high-quality materials and metal hardware.

To keep your charm looking its best:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture.
Store in a dry place when not in use.
Handle with care to prevent scratches or damage.
Please consider your bag's material before attaching your charm, as metal hardware may leave marks on delicate surfaces.

Colors & Product Photos

We strive to accurately display our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting.

Intellectual Property

Officially licensed character products are clearly identified within their product descriptions. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

Live Sales

Items claimed during live sales are reserved for a limited time.
Payment must be completed within the timeframe announced during the live sale.
Unpaid invoices may be canceled, and claimed items may be released back into inventory.
